Good Morning sunshines,
I wish you a great hair day..
Yep, you read it right Great HAIR Day. I’m sure a good majority of people will feel me on this one, hair is a key element for a happy day 😃
So, it’s Hair O’clock.
Those who know me they know I have been through a lot with my hair, and unfortunately, my hair is not one of my best qualities, therefore I have to constantly take care of it so that I can have healthy and shiny hair ( trust me is an everyday challenge) . So in case you are on the same page as me, or just wanting to get even better hair condition, make sure to read this post because you never know what you might learn.
I would like to start this post with basic knowledge that I have been practising for quite some time now and these ones are really known by many people, but I wanted to start it from the basics. I strongly believe that this small changes on your hair-lifestyle can make a huge difference and need small efforts.
Here they go;
No matter how much oily your hair is, please try to keep it to a maximum of 3 washes per week. It is really important for the hair not to be washed very frequent as the natural oils of the hair is very important for their growth and health.Personally, especially now that I went from blonde to brunette and the level of dryness in my hair is 80%, I try to keep it on maximum twice a week!

How do I do it? Ponytails and dry shampoo 😃 . Your new best friends. They are plenty of ponytail hairstyles, braids, buns anything that you feel comfortable in can save you from one more day of washing the hair.
Dry shampoo. Unfortunately, I still have my blonde dry shampoo, which I bought from DM drugstore (Balea Brand and it costs around 2€ and lasts a lot) and I can see that sometimes it leaves some white spots, but those can easily be removed with tiny drops of water and you’re good to go. Make sure you do this up to 10-15 minutes before you leave the house, let the product settle in and absorb the oil, bend your head and shake your hair with the help of your hands and the volume will be back on for one more day 😀
Depending on the level of the dryness, frizziness or anything else that disturbs your hair you should consider to Not Towel-dry it. It will just make it worse. I have been drying my hair with Cotton shirts for more than 2 years now, and I can assure you it will make a huge difference. Believe me on this one.
Also, keep in mind that after soaking the wet out of your hair, do not brush it, ever. Either comb it with a wide comb or run your fingers through the hair just to detangle them. They are super fragile and they can break easily, so be careful when deciding to brush them when wet.
